Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Any refund will be made via the same payment method used in the original transaction. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. What is Chia?

Chia seeds are small black and white seeds High in Omega 3 & Fibre and are a great source of Protein, Vitamins and Minerals. Chia is a fantastic little seed to boost the nutritional profile of meals and snacks without affecting the flavour of the dish!


Whole chia seed has a soft outer shell which are bodies can easily break down and absorb the nutrients. The only difference between the whole black and whole white seed is the colour! We create the milled seed and milled fruit mixes in our production facility, we mill the whole seeds using a cold-milling process so that no nutrients are lost. So if you are wondering which is better for you, it really is a case of personal preference – do you like the crunch of the whole seed or the flour like consistency of milled chia? The milled and fruit mixes are a great way to hide extra nutrition in kids’ meals!
