Many of us parents would like our children to eat more seeds and Chia Bia is a great Irish company that helps makes this easier. They sell chia seeds, which are a super little seed, packed full of nutrition including Omega 3, fibre and protein. These are nutrients that maybe low for some children with limited or fussy diets. I particularly like their Chia, Apple & Cinnamon product as it has a sweeter taste than many other milled seeds, with the added apple powder and cinnamon. These seeds are also milled into a powder which may also help make it easier for our children to take.
