So, its that time of year again, for the National Enterprise awards. And after four years in business, we decided to give it a shot and see how we get on. The County Enterprise board have been a great help to us in building our brand and we thought this would be the year to give it a go.
So, with application sent in by Debbie and team, Barrie and Ray headed to Dublin on Thursday ready for the interview that would determine our place in the finals. Everyone was already delighted to have gotten past the first hurdle of nomination at county level and we’re ready now for the next challenge.
They didn’t leave for Dublin without goodies though and I’m sure the yummy chia bars and biscuits may have slightly swayed decision making. Because on Friday morning, we received the great news that Chia bia has been shortlisted !! :
So yet again, another trip to Dublin for Barrie and Ray…this time, a little less serious and a little more fun, meeting the other shortlisters and having a media day of video and photographs on Sunday.
So, keep your eyes peeled on the newspapers and see for yourself…….lets keep spreading the word of Chia bia!!!
